One set of tasks
Tasks and People are two views of the same work. Switch between them and every card glides to its new place, while your search, filter and open task stay put.
Projects, people, and a little AI.
One shared place for your tasks, your team, and your next good idea.
Free, for you and everyone you invite. Sign up with Google or email and start with an example project.
Tasks and People are two views of the same work. Switch between them and every card glides to its new place, while your search, filter and open task stay put.
Pick up a card from anywhere and drop it exactly where it belongs. The order is saved and shared, and the keyboard can do everything the mouse can.
Ask Taskloader anything about the project. It charts, reports and drafts changes, and nothing reaches the board until you apply it.
Ask Taskloader
Ask about progress, people or risks, in your own words. Taskloader reads the whole project, draws the chart, writes the report and drafts the changes, and nothing changes until you apply them.
Tasks, checklists, comments and history, and who is doing what. Never the contents of your files.
Charts, counts and task lists are worked out by Taskloader from live data, not written by the model.
Plans and edits arrive as proposals to review. Apply the ones you want, once; reports open full page, ready to print.
People
People view gives each person a heading with their tasks and progress, above the same four status cells. You can see who’s stretched, who’s free and what’s waiting for review.
Tasks
Open a card and its details rise into view: status, owner, due date and priority as simple pills, then a checklist, files and the conversation.
Teams
Invite people with a link that carries their role. Every change appears in everyone’s open tabs as it happens, in whichever view they’re using.
Invitation links work once and expire after seven days. Only members can open a project or its files.
On your phone
On a phone the board shows one status at a time. Swipe between them, add a task to the column in view, and carry a card onto a tab to move it.
Details
Search with /, add a task with C, and ask Taskloader with ⌘K.
Every change saves the moment you make it, and two people editing one task never silently overwrite each other.
Links name the project and the task, and old links still find their way.
A project is visible only to its members, and every file download is checked.
Narrow a project to what matters now; switching views keeps both.
Begin a project with example tasks to see how it fits together, then make it your own.
Free for your whole team
Taskloader is free, for you and everyone you invite. Create an account, start a project with example tasks, and bring your team in when you’re ready.
Love the layout. Could yearly billing be the default?
